As we predicted earlier, Sultan movie collection breaks the record of fetching 500 crores at the highest speed. In just a period of fewer than two weeks, the movie had earned over 500 crore rupees in the Indian market. This change is a landmark development for Salman Khan fans. Released on Wednesday, two weeks before, the talkie opens with 36.54 crores on the opening day itself.
The movie performing better than anything on the box office continues to fetch maximum Bollywood records. On first weekend itself (Sunday and Saturday) the film earned more than 75 crore rupees from the domestic market which is a great thing happened. Sunday box office collections were excellent but remain less than many other films. There were chances of crossing more than 40 crores at least on one day. The chances diminish with the Sunday’s arrival.
