Singam 3 First Week Box Office Collection
Though Raees, Jolly LLB 2 and Kaabil have opened in the theatres, Suriya’s Singam 3 has maintained consistency in its performance at box office. The film, which raked an overall collection of Rs 57 crore in weekend days, is expected to enter 100-crore club by the end of its sixth day in Indian cinemas.
The celluloid which opened to around 60% occupancy in Telugu as well as Tamil speaking regions in south India, made a phenomenal business of Rs 17.60 crore as its first day income. The film earned Rs 9 crore in Tamil Nadu and Rs 4.8 crore in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The movie’s income boosted to double digit figure with its overall earnings in international market.
Singam 3 made a business of Rs 65 lacs on its day of release. According to the sources, the movie bagged Rs 50 lacs on day 2 in south Indian states and Rs 62 lacs in Chennai. Apart from these earnings in initial three days of the film’s opening in Indian cinema halls, Shruti Hassan starrer celluloid’s monetary profit culminated on its first Monday.
On fourth day of the movie release, a total income of Rs 62.16 crore was reported at India BO. The worldwide total earnings of the film included Rs 25.83 crore collection in Tamil Nadu, income of Rs 6.02 crore in Kerala, box office business of Rs 4.31 crore in Karnataka and Rs 10.95 crore from Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Newly released Om Namo Venkatesaya didn’t affect the business of Yamudu 3.
