Zee TV’s Sa Re Ga Ma Pa 2016 New Season

The very popular music reality show has begun its new journey. It has been the launchpad for several singers till date. It came into limelight with the help of some of the renowned singers. Its first episode aired today on Saturday after a gap of four years. Thus, with high anticipation and prior experience, it is a watch out for. The show looks fresh and appears as if several experiments are done to innovate something new after watching tonight’s episode. The judges for this year are Pritam Chakraborty, Mika Singh, and Sajid-Wajid while Aditya Narayan is the host.

The basics for the contestants haven’t changed. They are the same, i.e., the aspirant has to show his/her talent, prowess to sing, sense of pitch and tone; and stage presence. However, the decision of jury has gone through many changes. Now, there are four mentors and a panel of 30 music maestros to judge the aspiring singers. These maestros belong to a range of categories like DJs, music producers, lyricists, and singers. The contestants will be provided with 100 seconds to present their performances. If a particular aspiring singer gets more than 50 percent votes in his/her favor, then the decision will go in the hands of four mentors to make the final call.


The singing reality show is all set to have grand launch from the tonight and it is the show has been all set to host by the Aditya Narayan. The India’s first and the most definitive singing reality show – Sa Re Ga Ma Pa is back on your screens with an all-new season after a gap of four years. This time the show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa is yet to judge by the music personality including Sajid-Wajid, Pritam Chakroborty and Mika Sing and they are on hunt to select the best singer anyway. And this time as a special guest in the launching of the Sa Re Ga Ma Pa it is former participant of the Sa Re Ga Ma Pa and the present time singer Shweta Pandit is coming to grace the singing show anyway.
