Raaz Reboot Review by Taran Adarsh, Komal Nahta- Rajeev Masand, Anupama Chopra, KRK Raaz Reboot Review

Vikram Bhatt is taking his Raaz franchise forward with the newest scream-fest in the series, Raaz Reboot. As is the norm with any horror movie from the Bhatts, this film too is replete with tropes that make it a quintessential member of the Bhatt Horror genre. Emraan Hashmi in the role of the other man in a love story, a lead cast hitherto unheard of, the ghosts, the screams… and the controversy.

Raaz Reboot is on the receiving end of the Central Board of Film Certification’s mercy: the board has reduced the number of times the abuse word is used in the film to 16. Raaz Reboot, for all you know, might just be an extension of the numerous shoddy, badly-made horror films from the Bhatts. That is not a cause to worry though. In this year alone, Hollywood has given us several nail-biting, scream-inducing horror films.

Emraan Hashmi is also drawn from his personal experiences. Vikram also revealed an errie incident from his past in the event and adds that his journey with the supernatural world coincides with Raaz’s. Raaz Reboot Trailer has been released on 15th August and it didn’t get positive reviews. From a long time we have not seen a good horror film in Bollywood. So the expectations from Raaz 4 were high but trailer didn’t impressed our experts much.

The story of Raaz 4 is revolves around Emraan Hashmi who is playing as Aditya, Kriti Kharbanda as Shaina and Gaurav Arora as Rehaan. However the makers have not revealed about story much but as per our experts the plot of film is quite similar to ‘1920’. Rehaan and Shaina loves each other and shifts into their new house in Romania. They both are living their life happily but one day the past of Shaina comes back in her life.
