Premam is all about romance and fun, though there is more to it. The life of a person going through various phases is the premise of the story. Infatuation, romance, first love, pain of separation all those emotions that we all come across in our lives are discussed in an interesting way. Premam movie is a Telugu romantic-comedy entertainer directed by Chandoo Mondeti. Movie stars Naga Chaitanya, Shruthi Hassan, Madonna Sebastian and Anupama Parameswaran in the lead role.
The makers of the Telugu team have already stated that only the basic plot is taken from the original, while the remake version is narrated in a totally different way. Shruthi Haasan has replaced Sai Pallavi as the third leading lady of the movie. The movie is the coming-of-age love story of its protagonist spanning through over a decade at different stages in life.
Premam does start off promisingly. We have in Premam a school going Naga Chaitanya, who like most of the boys his age, tries to woo a girl Anupama Parameshwaran. A freshness is felt in the narrative at this point, with a small town atmosphere captured brilliantly. Dingy houses, unpaved roads, dowdy classrooms it’s a quintessential contented life of an middle class family.
Naga Chaitanya is the main male lead of the film gave his tremendous performance. he was apt for all the 3 age groups shown in the film. The project made by a responsible filmmaker and helped understand the commerce of cinema. Director Chandoo Mondeti modified the script according to the Telugu audience taste and climax part is a little bit changed in Premam Telugu version.
