The one of the most awaited gangster drama Kabali, starring Superstar Rajinikanth, Radhika Apte and Dhanishka is set to hit the theaters on 15th July in a very grand manner. The movie is directed by Pa Ranjith and recently he revealed the plot of the movie.
According to him, the movie is set in Pre-Independence era, when the Tamilians were treated as slave by the British and they were sent to Malaysia to work in rubber factory. Kabaleeswaran’s family is one among them and Rajinkanth (Kabali) was born in Malaysia by slave parents . Later Kabali turns into don and saves his people, forms the rest of the story.
The film’s backdrop will be in the 70’s and 80’s where superstar Rajinikanth will look in his yesteryear’s avatar. We all know that during British rule, Tamilians were migrated to Malaysia to work in factories. Kabaleeswaran’s family is one among them.
Rajinikanth was born in Malaysia for Indians. Rajinikanth is said to run a parallel life for his people in Malaysia and becomes a don. It is based on Malaysian backdrop. On the other hand, he will also appear in another look!! It is the same look in which he appeared in Mullum Malarum film.
Santhosh Narayanan is the music director of the film. The trailer and Neruppa Da song teaser of the film broke many records on social media platforms. So this film could entertain his fans with both the style and action of Rajnikanth.
