Kabali has turned out to be Kollywood’s biggest money-spinner in 2016. The movie, which was released on July 22, has not only made an earth-shattering collection in its home territory of Tamil Nadu but also at overseas centres. As per trade reports, Kabali has minted Rs. 105 crore in 10 days (preview show included) at the overseas box office. The major centres that contributed in its success are the U.S., Malaysia, U.K. and Australia.
Movie revolves around a gang war,and film features the god of Tollywood Industry Rajnikanth and Radhika Apte, Dhansika, Dinesh Ravi John Vijay seen in the vital role of the film. The most anticipated movie kabali was released on 22nd July 2016 and banged the box office more than the expectations of the makers. The makers of the movie captured a huge profit from the film.
The Rajinikanth-starrer has performed well in Tamil Nadu and Kerala in its second weekend. While it minted over Rs. 70 crore in its home territory, the film has earned over Rs. 10 crore in God’s Own Country. However, business slowed down in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and Karnataka post the first week. Kabali tells the story of a gangster, played by Rajinikanth. Now Kabali once again running in weekdays and getting lesser occupancy than before. On Monday, it faced almost 35% of drop than last Friday and did the business of 4 crores across India.

The 11th day occupancy of the film was around 55% and got mixed comments.At the end of the 11th movie had a box office collection of 3.81 Cr. 12th day of the film was same as the 11th day and got limited response of the audience.Today is the 13th day of the film at the box office.
