Dishoom Second 2nd Day Collection- Saturday Collection Performance at Box Office

Varun Dhawan and John Abraham’s Dishoom landed at box office on Friday (July 29) and while Dishoom box office collections on day 1 are not expected to soar to the level of Salman Khan’s Sultan or Rajinikanth’s Kabali, it is getting a good response from audiences. The film has opened on about 3,000 screens and with the kind of opening it has got, Dishoom’s box office collection will go up on Saturday and Sunday.

Going by the reviews that were out today, it has been an evident thing that the film did well but on several points, the makers were not convinced with the model and strategies that have appeared. The makers are busy in promoting the film so that it can reach to more crowds. The film is good to go with an impressive talk. The reviews are okay for general audiences as they can easily watch the film for a single time. Dishoom is a predictable film with funny elements in parts and some times these comic elements fails to make us impressed.

Advance booking of the movie has been started from Sunday with selected cities and witnessed almost decent response on ticket windows. Considering the booking stats & audience craze, Dishoom is positively expected to get overall 40-50% of occupancy on Friday across the country. With this, it can take the opening of around 9.50 – 10.50 crores*. Further performance of the movie depends on the reactions of audience.

Jacqueline also has million of fans in her list, so overall highly promoted Dishoom has enough star power to attract audience in theaters and is all set to take at least decent start on box office. Reportedly after the premiere shows, Rohit Dhawan’s directorial has started receiving positive comments from Bollywood celebrities as well as critics.
