Megastar Chiranjeevi’s 150th film, is a matter of pride for the whole family, who are running from temple to temple to pray for its success. Superstar Chiranjeevi is turning 61 on this Monday and it is a festive air in his home as all members of the family are seen running from pillar to post. Interestingly, the fervency is not related to the birthday celebrations, but the actor’s landmark 150th film Kathilantodu.
Through the pre-look poster, the film’s theme is partly revealed. In the poster, a red color curtain is seen on which the sketches of Golconda Fort, Buddha Statue, Charminar etc are printed to convey that the film is set against Hyderabad. In the bottom, the underground water supplying system to the capital city is shown, hinting it will play a key link in the progress of the story.
Chiranjeevi’s family members are doing special pooja at various temples as the first look of 150th movie will be unveiled on 22nd August. Yesterday, Chiranjeevi and his family members did Rudrabhishekam at Rajarajeshwari Devi temple in Srikakulam.
The movie went on floors on June 24, 2016, and Chiranjeevi is now busy with the shooting of the movie. The film is scheduled to release on 13th January 2017 on the occasion of Sankranti.
